KaizenSprint Academy was built on a simple frustration: too much Lean Six Sigma training is academic, passive, and forgettable. We set out to build something better - practical training that sticks, built by people who've actually delivered Continuous Improvement in real organisations.

We're not a university department or a big consultancy bolting on a training product. KaizenSprint is purpose-built for people who want to learn CI properly, apply it immediately, and earn accredited certifications that mean something.

Trevor has spent over two decades helping organisations work smarter, cutting waste, improving processes, and building teams that can sustain real change. As Managing Director of Smart Advice Consulting, he's delivered Continuous Improvement and Change Management programmes across the public sector, working with organisations including Business Lincolnshire, Telford & Wrekin Council, and West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

He holds CSSC accreditation to certify practitioners at Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt level, and built KaizenSprint Academy to make practical, no-nonsense Lean Six Sigma training accessible to anyone - whether you're just getting started or ready to lead improvement at scale.

Trevor's approach is simple: learn it, apply it, prove it. No death by PowerPoint. No theory for theory's sake. Just the tools and thinking that actually move the needle.
